On January 2019, according to Palm Beach Post, Jayo was shot and killed near West Palm Beach. He was found unresponsive in the passenger seat of a car on the 7200 block of 72nd Way, off Military Trail.

He was quickly rushed to hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The driver fled the crime scene and was never apprehended. He was 22 at the time of his untimely death.

Jayo was a school drop out who instead got involved in drug peddling and ended up serving various short jail terms.

Little is known of Jayo’s parents apart from them being from Haiti. Jayo had a sister named Ermika Joesph and a brother named TJ.

After being locked up in prison for his involvement in selling heroin, he wrote many of his hits when he was in state custody.

His networth was estimated at $300,000 by 2019.
