On the 23 February, 2019, Todd Milsap’s son visited his father’s houseboat, very worried as they hadn’t been able to communicate for the previous two days. Todd was at Four Corners Marina, Lav Vergne Couchville Pike, in Antioch, Nashville, Tennessee, USA.
The son found Todd unconscious and unresponsive in the houseboat and called the 9.1.1 emergency hotline. Later on, Nashville Police Department reported that the death appeared to be medically related.
Nashville fire Department spokesperson Joseph Pleasant, reported that his Emergency Crews responded to a medical emergency at the Four Corner Marina on the morning of 23rd February. Todd was 49 at the time of his untimely death.
